University City: The Golden Triangle

In May of 2023, one of my biggest dreams had come true. Owning my first home in my favorite city has been one of the many blessings in my life that I do not take for granted. The journey of searching for homes in San Diego: the showings, the open houses and the beautiful parts of the city I thought never existed. After months of looking, I found the perfect spot that fit my lifestyle and really could see myself being happy for a long time. This spot where I'm lucky to call home is University City, also know as The Golden Triangle.
Sharing my Experience and Passion with You
Going through the home buying process was no small task, but one that was well guided with the help of my agent, lender and my Mom. My agent who was getting us the necessary paperwork like request for repairs, counter offers and scheduling inspection. My lender who gave the most sound financial advise with taking out a loan and also speaking with the listing agent directly to ensure trust. And of course my Mom, who was there every step of the way for any kind of support I needed. That's one hell of a team right there and I credit all of them for helping me find and close on my dream home here in San Diego.
As you can see it was truly a team effort to get to the finish line and my first piece of advise that I'll share with you is that asking for help and surrounding yourself with people who understand where you want to go is everything when it comes to a smooth transaction. Whether it's your spouse, escrow officer, realtor or close friend, I think having the right team with you will create a clearer path to closing on that home. And just to be clear, my passion is not real estate. My passion is helping people get to their goal of living in a place they truly love to be. Create a life in a place or city that really makes them happy. I'm so grateful to be in the career that I'm in and I can't wait to help you find your next home.
